Jack
Guide
Jack first came to Pinedale to fly fish at 12 years old, an experience that left a lasting impression and sparked a lifelong connection to Wyoming’s rivers and wide-open landscapes. He learned to fly fish on the coast and in the mountains of western North Carolina, spending years on freestone streams targeting wild trout and developing a strong understanding of reading water, presentation, and seasonal patterns. Those early experiences built a foundation that continues to shape the way he fishes and guides today.
In the off-season, Jack works as a helicopter pilot, bringing a high level of situational awareness, professionalism, and safety-focused decision-making to every guided trip. On the water, he enjoys guiding anglers of all experience levels and focuses on building confidence, refining technique, and creating memorable days in a spectacular landscape.
Whether floating the Green River and the New Fork or wading local waters around Pinedale, Jack is committed to providing thoughtful instruction, clear communication, and an authentic Wyoming fly fishing experience.
