Outlook
Water levels have dropped steadily over the past week, and many places are in really good shape for now. We have seen a large decrease in insect activity on the surface because of the colder weather, but subsurface and fish activity has been good. With the warmer weather coming up, don't expect these conditions to last much longer, but with the cooler nights for the rest of the week, there is a pretty good chance we will have some nice water for the weekend. We have a lot of new patterns in the shop for this season, so don't forget to swing by the shop and gear up before heading out on your weekend adventure. We hope everyone has a meaningful Memorial Day, and we are beyond excited to kick off the summer season.

Recent Reports
Green River
The Green has come down a lot over the last week and is fishing well right now. Access is open above the forest boundary, and some nice fish are being found in the upper river. Flows and clarity are good around the Warren Bridge and Daniel areas and we have been finding a lot of success with worms, small stones, and streamers. Look for fish in feeding lanes near the top of the run and in the slower water on the inside of bends.

Flies to try
Holo Batman, Goldie, Jig Napoleon
New Fork River
The New Fork is a bit skinny above Boulder but still fishing pretty well. Transition areas where riffles drop into buckets are still holding a lot of fish. Make sure to cast into the shallower water above the pool so that your flies drop off the ledge into the fish at the head of the pool. Conditions are good lower on the river, and we have found success with small stone and BWO nymphs as well as streamers. Look for fish holding in seams along the edges in the lower river.
CFS
Flies to try
FKAP, Spanish Bullet, Bank Robber
Seedskadee
Flows are up a bit the last couple days, but conditions have remained largely the same. We are still seeing midge, BWO, and caddis activity. Scuds, caddis pupa, BWO nymphs, and streamers are all fishing well. Seams and tailouts have been fishing better than pocket water, but look for fish to move around some if flows continue to increase.
CFS
Flies to try
Bird of Prey, Frozen Fox, Anatomical BWO
