Outlook
It's been an enjoyable spring so far here in Pinedale with some good fishing, increased bug activity, and rollercoaster weather conditions. I like the looks of the weather coming up this weekend and into early next week. We are looking at cooler daytime temps with a bit of precipitation, which should make for some good fishing opportunities. The precipitation we have had this week, along with the mostly cloudy conditions we expect to see over the next few days, could make for some ideal streamer fishing conditions. We will probably see some increased BWO activity during the warmer parts of the day with cloud cover. If you are thinking of taking a guided trip with us this summer, availability during prime time is becoming very limited, so reach out and reserve your dates soon. In the shop, we are well stocked on all our tried-and-true patterns and have been trying out a bunch of new patterns that have been working great, so swing by and stock up on some bugs while there is good supply.

Recent Reports
Green River
The Green has been in good shape, and we have had some really good days on the river recently. The sections above Warren Bridge are accessible, and the river is in good shape for wade fishing in the area. From Daniel down, the river is low but still in good shape. Nymphs and streamers are the most productive right now, but watch for BWOs as the day progresses. Fish have been moving into more active feeding areas, so look for fish feeding in areas like drop-offs near slower riffles and foam lines along inside bends.
CFS
Flies to try
Yellow Spot Jig, Thin Mint, Two Bit Hooker
New Fork River
The New Fork has been low but still fishing pretty well. Most of the fish have been sitting in the deeper slots, and getting bugs down to the fish has been the most productive. There has been good midge and BWO activity, and fishing with midge or BWO nymphs will produce a lot of fish. Sizing up your presentation a bit should help you avoid catching nothing but Whitefish. Running streamers through deep holes has got some fish moving and should work really well during the cloudy day coming up.
CFS
Flies to try
Rusty Trombone, Purple Tears, Perdigon
Seedskadee
The Green below Fontenelle has been good lately. It seems that most of the rainbows are through spawning, but watch out for and avoid redds, especially in braided sections. Sow bugs, midges, and BWOs have been the most productive bugs recently. Streamer fishing is picking up down there, and once that water temp gets over 45 degrees, we should see increased crayfish activity too. Fish have been pretty active in the riffles and along seams with moderate depth.
CFS
Flies to try
Heisenberg, Flyweight Scud, Jigged BWO
